Synchrony is often abounding. It was today as I picked up the audio version of Dan Brown’s latest Robert Langdon thriller The Lost Symbol to keep me company during a 9 hour drive from Washington D.C. to Atlanta. Didn’t really know what the novel was about. I just knew that I liked both The Davinci Code and Angels and Demons, so I figured that this would be a good way to occupy the time. Well, it was fun that the novel is set in the city that I was just leaving and had done some of the tourist stuff in a few of the locations in the book. The really interesting content was on the last of the 5 CDs.
This forum has been discussing the change in consciousness that is required for a better world. My ears perked up when I heard the word Elohim popping out of the speakers. Dan Brown asked the same question that had surfaced in my brain several years ago, “Why is the word for God in the Old Testament (Elohim) plural?” Well, Dan Brown had an interesting take on this. Genesis says that man was made in God’s image. What does that mean? Most people automatically think, and Renaissance painters supported the idea that somehow man looked like God. No doubt an interesting idea, but kind of crazy when you really think about it. The notion that a guy that looks like you or me created the entire Universe isn’t really a fit… and what about women? So what does that leave? Dan Brown says that leaves Man’s mind being created in the image of God’s mind. OK, so what does that mean? Suppose that it means, as The Lost Symbol suggests, that man’s mind has the ability to shape matter and energy like the mind of God. An interesting thought (no pun intended). What we think can actually manifest in the physical world… sounds a little like the Law of Attraction doesn’t it.
We change the world by changing our thoughts! Think about it.
Have you noticed that the SyFy and History channels seem to be airing one mega disaster show after another? What gives here? Recently there have been broadcasts about the mega tsunami coming from off the coast of Africa that destroys the east coast, the mega volcano from Yellowstone that destroys the middle of the USA, the earthquakes that destroy the west coast, the asteroid that destroys the entire planet… those are the scenarios that have some realm of possibility, eventually. Were also being fed stuff about shifts in the magnetic poles, gamma ray bursts, and anti-matter explosions.
There is some pretty strong evidence that violence on TV desensitizes us to real violence and that children who watch violence on TV tend to be more violent. That makes perfect sense because we interpret the sensory data from the world in terms of how our mind has been conditioned to think. So what’s up with these disaster scenarios? In the Master Key System, Charles Haanel describes a process that activates the Law of Attraction. In a nutshell, visualization directs the subconscious mind, which, in turn attracts the visualized to manifest. That’s a simplification of a 24 week course, but works for the sake of this post. The two big questions are…
Are we being desensitized to large scale distasters?
Is the Law of Attraction going to attract large scale disasters?
This is certainly food for thought. Those who lean toward conspiracies like the Bilberberg Group might even find some interesting dots to connect here. Despite the proliferation of TV channels on cable and satellite, there are only a handful of companies that actually own all these channels. In other posts the link of the media to the Bilderberg Group has been noted. So, the question on the table is whether there is some conscious decision involved in this programming. Watch Conspiracy Theory next Wednesday. I’ll be interested to see what Jesse Ventura says about 2012.

Well, Jesse Ventura sort of outdid himself tonight on Conspiracy Theory tonight. His team disclosed information about the MK-ULTRA program. That’s the CIA brainwashing program that turns people into programmed assassins. Like most of Jesse’s episodes you finish watching the program saying, “Is this stuff for real?” Jesse seems to think so. Whatever the truth, you’ve got to consider what you could actually do about it if it is true.
I just saw Avatar and WOW what a movie. The bad guys are corporate greedy types using Blackwater style mercenaries with all kinds of VTOL flying machines and missles and body amplifiers. The good guys are the Navi, a tribal people reminiscent of American Indians living on the planet Pandora, and the essential conflict is how the Navi, who fly on reptile like creates and use bows and arrows are going to stop the bad guys from destroying their planet for its natural resources like they have already destroyed Earth. I don’t want to give away the movie, but one of the key hidden characters is a Gaia like planetary consciousness.
I’m also reminded of the movie The Man Who Would Be King with Sean Connery and Michale Caine. There is a great scene where some Buddhist-like monks walk through the middle of a battlefield. All the fighting men stop fighting and bow down as the monks pass through. After the monks have passed they start fighting again.
So, let’s connect these three dots. if you think that the world would be a better place without the corporate and government bad guys, then you’ve got to start thinking about some alternative to bring about that better world that doesn’t involve head to head confrontation on the bad guys terms. If you play on their ball court they will probably win. The alternative is to start thinking about the real implications of the Law of Attraction. All the action happens at the non-conscious level not at the conscious level. And from an energetic standpoint what happens at your non-conscious level impacts the non-conscious levels of other people if your intent is right. Check out the Energy Medicine Series in the Podcasts tab. Don’t acknowledge all the gloom and doom stuff that’s being propagated by the media. Focus on making your world the right kind of world and let your example shine through to others.
