Alternative Medicine
Do you suffer from chronic back, neck, joint or muscle pain and want to get some relief?
Chinese Medicine provides an effective way to manage chronic pain in the TDP Mineral Far Infrared Lamp. The combination of infrared heat and a ceramic plate that emits electromagnetic energy from heating 33 minerals found in the body provides a therapeutic effect far superior to normal heat lamps. 20 to 40 minutes with the lamp pointing at the location of pain can be as effective as massage, chiropractic, and acupuncture… and it is certainly a better alternative than NSAIDs or over the counter drugs.

People suffer from rheumatoid arthritis because their immune system mistakenly attacks joints all over their body. The precise mechanism has not been understood, but for some reason something turns on an inflammatory response in cells in the body. The inflammation can lead to a variety of disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, and lupus.
The Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology at the Imperial College London has released findings that a specific protein, IRF5, acts as a master switch turning the inflammatory response on and off. Dr. Irina Udalova commented on these findings saying,
“This is really exciting because it means that if we can design molecules that interfere with IRF5 function, it could give us new anti-inflammatory treatments for a wide variety of contitions.”
It is interesting to speculate if some of the alternative health, chinese medicine, ayurvedic herbs, and other natural treatments for inflammation might provide natural IRF5 interference directly from mother nature. Among those natural remedies are:
- Alfalfa
- Aloe Vera
- Boswellia
- Tumeric
- Cat’s Claw
- Cayenne
- Vitamin B complex
- Vitamin C
- Essential Fatty Acids
- Grape Seed Extract
- Zinc
- Bromelain
- Chrondrotin Sulfate
- Glucosamine Sulfate

As you’ve no doubt already guessed, I am convinced that Vitalogy really works. The results that hit me between the eyes is that I’ve lost 10 pounds without any real effort and, most of all, I’ve changed from walking down the stairs one step at a time because of knee and hip stiffness to walking down the stairs like I did about 5 years ago… like most other people. I have some video of the old me and I’ll shoot the new me and post the differences in the next few days.
Here are my observations. Vitalogy is not for somebody who wants to get big muscles and washboard abs. Actually, that sort of exercise is really the antithesis of Vitalogy. Posture and movement is what Vitalogy is all about, and movement is about the distance you can move, the directions you can move in, and the speed with which you move. That doesn’t mean you Vitalogy isn’t about strength building. Do the 3 basic movements of Shaking, Twisting, and Lateral Flexion with 3 or 5 pound dumbbells in each hand and you’ll find out what strength training is all about real fast.
The other thing I really like is that the exercises fit into my schedule so easily. I set a timer for about 90 minutes when I am sitting in front of the computer. Then when it goes off, I stand up and do a few exercises. It couldn’t be simpler and… this is the really cool part… I seem to work much more effectively.
Well, the bottom line is that I think so much of Vitalogy I have agreed to help create a 7 day Introductory Program. More on that later.
