The Customer Advantage Is A New Approach To Raising Funds For Charities and Local Civic Groups
Just in case you haven’t been reading the news, the fastest growing company in the history of the planet is now Groupon. In less than 2 years they have grown to the point that Google offered to buy them for $6 billion (with a B). What they do is offer online shopping coupons. The problem with Groupon is that it’s tough to share in their success. Now, a new company has entered the coupon craze, but with a new approach. They are going to pay people who register other people and who register businesses.
This is a great opportunity for nonprofit organizations, schools, choirs, or other organizations to get away from the candy drives and car washes and develop a stream of continuous revenue by giving their supporters a chance to save money instead of donate money and give local businesses a way to get more new customers instead of becoming a sponsor.
