Vitalogy - the best home exercises and meals made easy I've found

An update on fun and easy fitness

Here's a quick update on my Vitalogy progress. I started the program on May 6, just a bit more than 2 months ago. Now I've got to put this in context. 5 years ago I was running and jumping… but then I woke up one morning with knees that were so painful I literally needed a walker to go to the bathroom. Boy was that a shock. The medical profession actually had little to offer in the way of causes, but were ready to get out the knives and rearrange what God and evolution had seen fit to put together. The result was forced inactivity for a while and, as a result of a dramatic shift in calorie burn and metabolism about 40 excess pounds. The knees pretty much cleared up after a year, but the inactivity took a tremendous toll on me including muscles that hurt, joints that were painful, and overall lack of flexibility. Like a whole lot of people, I've been religiously paying my $29.95 each month to my gym, and sure, I go walk on the treadmills, cycle on the stationary bikes, and lift some weights, but none of this was doing very much to solve the weight or inactivity problems. The dilemma was that the things I knew to do to keep fit were things that I was no longer able to physically do. So, I just got discouraged and didn't make much progress. Even having a physical training didn't help. It was really a joke to have this mid-twenties, never had physical challenges person telling me to work on my bad knees by doing lunges. On the weight front, nothing much was happening either. I tried one thing and lost a few pounds then put them right back on.

The insanity of this situation really hit me a few months ago. What I really needed was a complete paradigm shift… a completely new way to look at the issues of health, fitness, and diet. So I started looking, and that's where Will Nelson and Vitalogy stepped into the picture… or should I say stepped into the organic smoothie bar, because that's where I met Will. The rest is really history. Here's the net…

  • So far, 20 pounds lost mainly by understanding how food works and how to have healthy food readily available when you need it. No special diets, just eating most of the foods I love.
  • Complete loss of upper body, neck and shoulder tightness.
  • Completely regaining flexibility and strength in the knees.
  • Improved posture while sitting in front of this computer screen.
  • Overall improvement in flexibility.
The really wonderful thing is that the entire Vitalogy program is based on the paradigm shift I was looking for. It makes fitness and healthy eating fun and simple.

The 7 day easy fitness and healthy food program

As it turns out, I know about computer and internet stuff, and Will needed a way to get the word out about Vitalogy. Convienient, don't you think? The basic principles, movements, and food theory of Vitalogy are so east that you can learn them in 7 days. Really! Will and I have put together a 7 Day video program that (at the risk of sounding salesy) can literally change your life. It sure did mine. I want Will to tell you the story himself, so click on the video below. Then follow the link below the video.
