Vitalogy Day 4 - Keeping exercise and weight loss fun and simple

I learned two more of the four basic movements — lateral flexion and rocking. I am getting some great results. The key here is that you don't have to go to a gym or set aside time each day. Best of all, you don't have to get discouraged because you ey'rexperience those little defeats of not being able to to the complicated yoga pose or lift much weight at the gym. What I am experiencing is that the thing that causes problems for people is that they are designed to move in all sorts of ways, but, mainly because of jobs and lifestyle, end up moving in a few of the repetitive ways. Going to the gym and walking on a treadmill just reinforces the bad stuff. Vitalogy has you do random movements, just to the level of your own capability. I have had ongoing problems with little pains in my neck and knees and after four days of doing the Vitalogy they're gone… at least for now. I'll report back. The other really cool thing is that I've learned to do the movements for a couple minutes here and there spread throughout the day. Everything I thought I knew about exercise (that didn't seem to work) has just been tossed out the window.
